Workshops. Events. Immersive Experiences.
Try something new! If you’re just beginning to explore working with clay, attending a Workshop is a wonderful introduction. Those familiar with the process can enjoy expanding a technique or material.
Join a small group of participants in an immersive clay experience. Each workshop is designed to focus on specific techniques while encouraging individuality and experimentation.
Kirsty offers guidance in selecting materials and tools as you follow the steps to recreate an existing form or to create your own personal vision. You’ll see the amazing variety of directions coming from each potter’s own interests, skill level and personal style. Once fired, the creations become beautiful and unique pieces of functional art.

April 12, 10am-12:30pm | Spring Blooms | $100 per person | 6 spaces
Create a family of 3 mini-plates, related by their connection to the local environment. We'll start by gathering fresh leaves, flowers and other appealing shapes and textures along trails by the studio. Then we'll use different techniques to incorporate them into your designs.
Light refreshments will be available. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking on trails.
All materials and tools will be provided. A simple clear glaze will be applied to the bisque-fired pieces. However, anyone preferring to learn more about the glazing process and to choose their own decorative combinations is invited to sign up for the glazing class.
